At JerseysMode, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items are returned in their original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact JerseysMode customer support and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you clear return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay or invalidate your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please mention this when contacting customer support.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact JerseysMode within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

In these cases:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

  • No return shipping costs will be charged to you

Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns:
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
JerseysMode will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.
